In our fourth exclusive entry in The Wanted's tour diary, Siva talks Tom's smelly feet (see pic!), being bitten by a fan and wearing knitted thongs...

"Hi there, Siva here for a little update from The Wanted for OK Magazine. 

After a delicious meal in catering I'm currently in the dressing room and slowly digesting my two desserts 

 and have just witnessed Tom's putrid, smelly feet 

 and they've almost brought my food back up ;)

 

I've been thinking about all the shows we've done so far, and every single show has been amazing! We could not have asked for more on this "The Wanted Behind Bars Tour 2011" Check out the crowds in Bournemouth & Sheffield.

 To be fair, the tour is even better than I could ever have imagined, but WOW this weekend of shows in Bournemouth and Sheffield... were completely awesome. Maybe the next few shows could be even better...? The best shows of the tour...? Or the loudest...? or the craziest....?  I wouldn't be surprised, I've been bitten by a fan in the past (if you're reading this, shame on you!) but could the next one be a dark horse...oowa.

 

I can only imagine.

TW Tour is AMAZING.

So, after a year I finally saw The Wanted at Hammersmith last nght, Im not going to spoil it for you, but it is amazing, I was so proud of them!

I hope anyone that is going to the tour has an amazing time!

Gutted I didn't get to meet any of the #TWfanmily tho!

Hello!

We turned the corner under the flyover at Hammersmith to be greeted by this superb sight!! 

It’s going to be a big night tonight in London with loads of friends and family and my gorgeous girlfriend Michelle coming down. 

It’s always exciting to put on a show in the capital, but to have our own Behind Bars Tour 2011 for 2 nights at Hammersmith Apollo is just mental. Boots have been polished 

To tell you the truth, I’m actually bricking it.

Celebration drinks are planned for after cos London is always a bit special (well not as special as Manchester but still very special). 

It’s that special that Tom and I got new vests for the opening track, although our stylist just reminded us that they were only 2 for a tenner 

The Wanted to play at V festival!

The Wanted are in the line-up this year to play the V festival held over 2 days on August 20th and the 21st. The V Festival is one of the biggest UK festivals of the year, with the likes of Eminem headlining the concert. V Festival is held across two venues: Weston Park, West 

Midlands and Hylands Park, Chelmsford.

AND I live right near V in chelmsford, but I couldn't get tickets, if anyone has any, let me know!

Nathan's Tour Diary!

In the second exclusive entry in The Wanted's tour diary, Nathan chats pre-show nerves, dropping the mic and Tom's undone flies. 

Hi Guys!!

Welcome to my update on our Behind Bars Tour 2011!

Well I will start by saying ... The tour is going so well! The crowds have been amazing and we can't wait to get up on stage each night!

One of my favourite moments of the whole show happens before we even get on stage, when the background music in the auditorium suddenly stops and the curtain drops to reveal the stage. That's when the excitement begins (when I say "excitement", I mean, we begin to get nervous!). We hear the crowd chanting and screaming and every night I pinch my arm to remind myself that what is happening isn't just a dream!

We all have special connections to certain venues and on this tour we have already been to a few of them. It was Nottingham for Jay and Manchester for Tom and Max but tonight we are in Cardiff, where I feel closest to home as I'm from Gloucester and I have lots of Welsh family. 

It will also be special for me tonight as it will be the first time that any of my family has seen the show! I am going to try and surprise my mum and give her a massive shout out and its going to be even more special as it is Mothers Day... I hope she doesn't get too embarrassed!

Speaking of surprises, there have been many surprise additions to the tour that were not part of the original choreography. This includes me dropping my mic when standing centre stage, Tom suddenly realising half way through the show that his trousers were undone, Siva walking on stage with his shoes on the wrong feet, Max getting his shirt ripped off by screaming mums (yes ... 'Mums'!) and last but certainly not least, Jay falling down the stairs!!! 

But I suppose that's what makes us The Wanted and if we ever had a show where we couldn't laugh at one another for doing something stupid during the show - I think we would be leading very boring lives! I hope you enjoyed my update of our 1st ever UK tour and if you didn't manage to get any tickets this time around, hopefully you will get a chance to come and see our mental show sometime soon.
